ESRA Magazine Photo Shoot

It doesn't often snow in Jerusalem, so when the capital did, finally, get a covering of the white stuff, it was the perfect excuse to get out there and enjoy it . . . like the young girl with her pet pooch. Meanwhile, our front page photo (below) shows a muddy John Cohen, one of the founders of the Cyclenix cycling group from Raanana, getting that sinking feeling while out on a bike ride. A fellow cyclist said: "It was hilarious when he slipped and got stuck in the mud!

The morning after the night before ... January's winter storm brought this debris (below) on to the beach at Poleg. And it was 'snow joke for Frankie Cronin when she went to her car parked outside her home in Lavon in the Upper Galilee (altitude 600m) and found it had taken on a whole new color scheme . . . white! Frankie is ESRA's Website Manager and Karmiel branch coordinator.
