Renee Singer was born in Katowice in Southern Poland and grew up in London.  She went to school at Hasmonean and Clarks College. In 1969 she came to live in Israel.

Renee worked for many years with the foreign media as a journalist and producer. She worked with Jay Bushinsky covering the Middle East and Producer - CNN, and for eleven years with the Foreign Press Association.  Whilst her husband, Maurice, was an emissary for Israel in Chicago, Renee was the director of special projects for the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. She is also the anchorwoman for ESRAVISION.

She enjoys playing bridge. Renee and Maurice have three children and seven grandchildren.
