This is the second time you helped me

I and my whole little family thank you with all our hearts for your great help that you decided to give me. This is the second time that you didn't leave me alone with the difficult situation in my life and held out your hand to me. I have no words to express what I feel: You give me hope with your good heart, your humane care and your wholehearted help.
