A new ESRA branch has recently been formed in Givatayim. Invitations were sent out to ESRA members and other English speakers in the community. There was a fantastic response from 28 people. The meeting was held in a private home and the room was buzzing with enthusiasm and ideas. A committee was formed and a second meeting took place on January 7, 2014.
The committee is looking forward to organizing some interesting events. Quite a number of people were interested in volunteering with our Befrienders and English tutoring programs.
